Operational Capacity & Maturity
Every account entity executing actions inside this system certifies they possess full legal majority or verified organizational credentials necessary to engage in high-tier sports equipment commerce.

To unlock premium commercial inventories, dealer distribution dashboards, or execute bulk supply orders, users are required to register an identity profile node. You pledge that all credential records, business licenses, and destination metrics submitted are perfectly authentic.
Token Confidentiality
Users are exclusively accountable for maintaining the defensive integrity of their active passwords and access tokens. Any system transaction will be attributed directly to your profile.
Autonomous Lockout
Regal Sports Ltd. maintains absolute authority to immediately isolate, suspend, or terminate dashboard nodes showing indicators of script injections, automated extraction, or fraudulent actions.
03 // Invoicing & Logistics Settlement
Wholesale asset calculations and consumer pricing models visible on our digital panels are subject to dynamic shifts depending on manufacturing logistics, international import supply chains, or trade tariff updates inside Bangladesh.
Fulfillment Rectification Authority: If an inventory asset registers an incorrect balance or pricing scale due to server processing errors or automated sync glitches, Regal Sports Ltd. retains the absolute jurisdiction to recall the order, reject logistics dispatch, and initialize an immediate capital reimbursement.
Financial clearances must process through our designated banking channels, digital payment gateways, or verified corporate Cash on Delivery (COD) structures prior to dispatch routing. Unresolved balances will halt transit processing pipelines instantly.
04 // Intellectual Protection & Layout Locks
The entire system interface architecture, structural layout patterns, source configurations, typography styling, product imagery, iconography sets, and digital trademarks belong strictly to Regal Sports Ltd. and are safeguarded by universal intellectual property frameworks.

This digital framework and all distributed elite sport inventories are delivered on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" execution standard. We make no operational guarantees that network access will be permanently shielded from global server latency or sudden infrastructure updates.
Maximum Liability Bound
Under no structural legal theory will Regal Sports Ltd. be held responsible for indirect commercial losses, logistical transit delay costs, or platform disconnects arising from third-party server errors.
Any structural disputes, dealer disagreements, or consumer arbitration actions emerging from this platform agreement shall be routed directly through, and managed by, the active judicial courts and trade protection panels of Bangladesh.
